Why we love and persue Group:Dynamics
We know that connections are of utmost importance for leaders and organisations in the age of AI. Group:Dynamics is a comprehensive approach to transforming the dynamics of leadership from the collective unconsciousness to connecting consciousness for a shared and meaningful future.
Dynamics as a social phenomenon can be perceived everywhere: in families, companies, governments, in leadership teams, in every organisation – from hierarchy, to matrix, to network, and swarm. We experience it every day, it permeates us, it defines us, and at the same time we can redefine and shape it anew in order to persue connections in dignity.
We see group dynamics training groups as the most intensive and effective approach to promoting conscious leadership. It has the capacity to train people to empower themselves, their own thinking, feeling, connecting, and acting. It is an experienced based form of training to transform power-dynamics from power-over/power-under to power-with and power-for for a collective future.
The principles of Group:Dynamics, Systems Thinking and Integral Consciousness provide us with awarenss on how to perceive, self-empower and co-lead organisational and social dynamics with quality. We see organisations, teams and leadership as the most important levers for transforming lives, economy and the planet responsibly and ethically through action.
